Fill out the form and make sure you write CORVAIRS on the top of the Registration Form. The organizers are going to keep all registration forms for corvairs separate. We will meet at a special location which will be Kwantlan College in Langley on the Langley by pass. We will meet at about 10:30 Saturday Morning. The organizers are going to escort us all into the staging area as a group. Cost is $15:00 if registered before Aug 26.
DRIVE - IN FRIDAY NIGHT
The movie they are playing is BLUES BROTHERS. everyone meets at Kwantlan College at 6:00 Friday night and there will be a cruise to the drive in, (about 20 Minutes - 1/2 hour) Show starts about 9:30. Cost is $25.00, register with the Langley Cruise in, not the Drive In.
CAMP IN FRIDAY NIGHT at the Drive In
There is no Camp In this year, they forgot to take it off the registration form.
I have found a nice Motel at 2160 King George Highway. The name of the Motel is BREAKAWAY MOTEL.
The cost is $89.00 per night for 2 Double Beds. There is a ABC Restaurant next door for Meals. You can park your car right outside your Motel Door to keep an eye on your Car. Email address is www.breakawaymotel.com. I will plan and map out a nice 15 minute drive to the Langley Cruise-In from this location. This is also a handy Motel for the Island folks to get the Ferry back home.
CAMPING IN OUR BACK YARD
We have lots of room for everyone to camp on the grass or on our large Patio, we even have a car canopy in case it rains. Please let us know if you wish to stay so we can plan for Toilet Paper and Coffee. We have room in our driveway for about 10- 12 cars and the rest can park out in front of our house.
CRUISE- IN MEETING, Time and Location
We will all meet at the Kwantlan College in Langley on the Langley By Pass & Glover Road at 10:30 AM Saturday Morning. The Cruise In Organizers are going to escort us as a group into the staging area at about 11:00 so we can park in a group together.
BBQ - OUR HOUSE
Saturday after the cruise in we will host a BBQ for everyone. We plan to have it go from early afternoon to later on in the evening. This way the Island folks can get the last Ferry back home and still enjoy the BBQ. We will have Hamburgers, Chili, Dessert , pop & Coffee. COST $5.00 per person.
